Mikhail Hitune, Principal
Mikhail is a co-founder of Madison Square Capital. He has a extensive experience in analyzing and funding public and private companies and has assisted them with corporate restructurings, public and private equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, due diligence, and litigation claims. Mikhail previously worked with a prestigious New York based special situations capital markets firm focusing on middle market transactions.
Mikhail holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Winona State University together with a J. D. and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Denver. Mikhail is admitted to practice law in New York, Washington D.C. and Colorado. He is also admitted to practice law in United States Tax Court. He has been a resident of New York City and in his free time he cycles semi-competitively in New York and New Jersey.

Robert Newman, Principal
Rob is a co-founder of Madison Square Capital. He has extensive experience in business technology, funding, law, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and corporate finance. He has worked for, and served as a business and systems consultant, to major bulge bracket investment firms and has worked at world renowned law firms as a practicing attorney for major U.S. corporations and investment banks. Rob has a unique combination of practical experience, in business funding, consulting and law.
Rob holds a B.S in Agricultural Economics from Cornell University and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. He is a resident of Westchester County, New York and in his free time, skis, works out and participates in various non-profit activities.
He is passionate about his family and building great companies.
Richard Gabriel, SAB & Investment Committee
Richard has over twenty years in biotechnology and drug manufacturing business. He has expertise in cGMP process scale up and compliance, API manufacturing, FDA inspections, DEA registration, DoD compliance, NCI contracting. Has also broad-based experience in start-up companies with multiple exits.
Richard is a graduate of Ohio Dominican College with a BS in Chemistry and studies in Virology and Microbiology at Ohio State University and a graduate of Suffolk University’s Executive MBA program Mr. Gabriel has 4 approved drugs that he participated in the manufacturing of during clinical trials and for two of them, during the launch of the approved drugs. He holds 11 patents on chiral small molecule peptidomimetics, one of which; Amprenavir was approved by the FDA for AIDS.
